Planetary survey

The planet lies toward Cygnus, at the occlusion edge of a Dyson shell. The colony sits on the terminator. Its official name is Kepler-1649C, Axiox Felicity Colony. Vernacular names include the Rotting World, the Horde Cradle, and the Failed Plan. After failure, humans withdrew into fortress groups and the surface was covered by the horde.
