Cradle Plan and Sirius Plan
The Cradle Plan clears biological elements that could endanger human colonisation. It is protective clearance. Humans are not its object.
The Foundation rewrites that definition for Type-37, stating that the Cradle will destroy every organism including humans, and orders it closed. Closure starts the Sirius Plan. Sirius deliberately sacrifices more than a million humans inside the glueball window on F. Their synchronous death releases the epigenetic diversity that locks symbiont phase.
What Type-37 knows of Sirius is a plan to massacre a million people. Its purpose, its coupling to the Cradle, and the induced closure lie outside first-play knowledge.
